Johan Eriksson has a diverse work experience. Johan started their career in 1994 as a Development Engineer at Optinova Ab, where they were responsible for projects and the Quality system. Johan then moved on to become the Production Manager and later the R&D Manager, where they developed the extrusion processes and acted as the company's polymer expert. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Operations, overseeing production, planning, cost calculation, and strategic purchasing at the company. In 2008, Johan joined INFICON Aaland Ab as the Managing Director.
Johan Eriksson completed their high school education at Schillerska gymnasiet from 1985 to 1988. Johan then pursued higher education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in engineering with a specialization in Materials Technology.
