John Behnke

John Behnke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Smart Manufacturing GM and General Manager of the FPS Product Line at INFICON since October 2018, Behnke leads the development of Industry 4.0 software solutions. As CEO of Final Phase Systems since August 2013, Behnke oversees the creation of decision support and visualization software that enhances productivity in the semiconductor sector. Concurrently, Behnke is President of Novati Technologies Inc., which focuses on contract manufacturing and technology development for next-generation products. Previous roles include senior positions at Intermolecular, Spansion, and AMD, where significant contributions were made in sales, product development, and operational efficiency. Behnke holds a degree from Marquette University.
