Head Of Customer Experience at Infigo Software

Greg Young has held several roles in the printing industry since 2010. In 2010, they began working for The Printed Word as a Design & Web-2-Print Development, where they were responsible for design for print production from small to large scale and implementing a Web 2 Print facility. In 2012, they moved to Unibind Digital where they were Creative Services Manager and was responsible for magazine design, advertising, bespoke and personalised business stationery products to web-to-print design and development in both the b2b and retail sectors. In 2014, they joined Infigo as Head of Customer Success, where they were responsible for onboarding, nurturing, and growing their clients to ensure successful product adoption of the Infigo solution with their organisation. Greg was later promoted to Customer Success Director and Client Services Manager.

Greg Young's education history includes a BA (Hons) Industrial Design - 1st Class Honours from Bournemouth University from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Industrial Design. Greg also attended Collyers College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Graphic Design. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in January 2023: Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management and Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management.
