Suzanne Bale

Suzanne Bale has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Suzanne is currently working at Infigo as a Senior Sales Coordinator since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Store Manager at AO from October 2020 to May 2022.

Before AO, they had a long tenure at Accessorize, starting as a Supervisor in August 2006 and gradually progressing to Assistant Manager, Manager, and Market Manager roles. During their time at Accessorize, they managed teams ranging from 22 to 40 staff members, handling turnovers ranging from 1 million to 3 million. Suzanne also took on additional responsibilities such as recruitment, training, and acting as an area trainer for management succession planning.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked as an Allocator at EDF (UK) from July 2003 to August 2006, and Deputy Manager at Mark One Apparel until July 2003.

Throughout their work experience, Suzanne has gained valuable skills in sales coordination, team management, recruitment, training, and leadership.

Suzanne Bale attended Ifield Community College from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained their GCSEs. After that, from 1994 to 1995, they studied at the London College of Printing and Distributive Trades, earning a City and Guilds degree in Display and Presentation. Later, from 2003 to 2006, Suzanne attended Central Sussex College, where they completed an NVQ level 2 in Hairdressing and Barbering.
