Amanda Conrad

Amanda Conrad has a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, podcasting, and design. Amanda is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Infillion since March 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at true[X], where they served as the Senior Director of Product Management from March 2021 to April 2022, and as the Director of Product Management from December 2016 to March 2021. Amanda also worked as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at true[X] from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Amanda started the podcast "Balance out the Bad" as a co-host. Amanda also worked as a Product Strategy Consultant at Amanda Conrad | User Centered Design from 2011 to 2014 and as a Product Design Manager at CitizenGlobal from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer and Art Director at Mind Medium Creative from 2009 to 2010 and as a Project Manager and Graphic Designer at Viscom Center from 2009 to 2009.

Amanda Conrad obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge in the years 2005 to 2009. In 2014, they completed a User Experience Design course at General Assembly. Currently, they are pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Philosophy and Ethics at Harvard Extension School, with an expected completion date in 2023. Amanda also holds additional certifications in Foundations of Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing obtained in 2016, and a General Assembly UX Course completed in 2014.
