Laurel Rossi

Laurel Rossi is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Infillion. Laurel has held this position since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Omnicom from March 2018 to October 2021.

At Omnicom, Laurel led the company's turnaround as part of the leadership team. Laurel implemented new growth strategies, aggressive business development, and refreshed marketing initiatives. These efforts resulted in 50% new business wins following a period of negative growth. Laurel also lead creative strategy and ecommerce initiatives. Laurel managed the agency's largest account and created marketing thought leadership to demonstrate the modernization of the agency. Under their leadership, the agency significantly exceeded all annual business goals. In addition, Laurel served as an agency and industry expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion--particularly for women and individuals with disabilities.

Before joining Omnicom, Laurel was the Chief Marketing Officer at OMD. At OMD, they led more than 12,000 employees as growth executive and Chief Marketing Officer for the largest media company in the world. Laurel innovated marketing and modernized new business efforts to improve the agency's position as a leader in digital transformation. This effort successfully reversed 5 years of decline for the agency. Laurel was also part of the agency leadership team responsible for building and growing a large team of marketing professionals. After 12 months in the position, the agency was awarded Agency of the Year honors.

Laurel Rossi attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they earned a BBA.

Laurel Rossi reports to Rob Emrich, Executive Chairman & Founder. and Eric Moss - VP, Advertising Operations reports to Laurel Rossi. They work with Aarin Yu - SVP, Corporate Development, RJ Nicolosi - President & COO, and Lauri Baker - SVP, Strategic Partnerships.
