Adrian Lis is a Lead Principal with extensive experience in the field of power electronics and mechanical engineering. Adrian pursued a Ph.D. at ETH Zürich from 2012 to 2015, focusing on research and development in bonding and packaging technologies. Following this, Adrian served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Osaka University and Empa, specializing in joining processes and materials characterization. With prior roles at Bosch and ZF Group, and as a Principal Engineer at Infineon Technologies, Adrian has led the development of innovative technologies for molded ATV power modules. Adrian holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern.
