Anastasios Arvanitopoulos

Anastasios Arvanitopoulos is a Senior Product Project Manager at Infineon Technologies since December 2020, specializing in the realization of SiC power MOSFETs and Si power discrete within the Power & Sensor Systems division. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, overseeing the product development life cycle, conducting electrical characterization, leading cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations, and addressing challenges collaboratively. Prior to this, Anastasios served as a Senior Staff Specialist in Product Development for Wide BandGap Power Devices and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Coventry University, focusing on GaN devices for automotive applications. Anastasios earned a PhD at the University of Patras, where the thesis centered on the use of 3C-Silicon Carbide for high-performance power electronic devices, and conducted research on networked embedded systems as a Graduate Student Researcher. Anastasios holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
