Benjamin Steinwender studied at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences and earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering and Microelectronics with distinction. They received a doctoral degree from Alpen-Adria Universität Klagenfurt in 2016, also with distinction. Since August 2008, Benjamin has been employed at KAI GmbH, initially as a research intern and later becoming a researcher and senior staff engineer, focusing on reliability data management and IT solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer at Infineon Technologies as of 2024. Benjamin's research interests include the design of distributed embedded in-situ measurement systems for semiconductor reliability testing.
