Daniel Schmitt

Daniel Schmitt has over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Team Lead for Regional Application Management in Consumer, Smart Home & Building, and Health & Lifestyle at Infineon Technologies since August 2013. Daniel has built and led a regional marketing team, supported the industrial and automotive markets, and implemented strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth, surpassing market trends. Previous roles at Infineon included Senior Manager for Regional Marketing in Embedded Security and Global Account Manager, focusing on global sales strategies and quality processes. Before Infineon, Daniel worked at Texas Instruments as an Account Manager and participated in a European Graduate Trainee program. Daniel holds a Diplom in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and has supplementary qualifications in Spanish and microelectronics.
