Dharmesh Kumar

Dharmesh Kumar, Ph.D., is currently a Senior R&D Engineer at Infineon Technologies, focusing on semiconductor package research and development. They have extensive experience in modeling and simulation, having previously worked as a Scientist I at A*STAR and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rolls-Royce. Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Dharmesh has demonstrated expertise in thermomechanical simulations and the integration of machine learning techniques for process improvement. Additionally, they have taught as a Lecturer at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies and completed a summer internship at Bharat Electronics.
