Jonathon Sperling

Jonathon Sperling is an experienced production supervisor with a career spanning from 2004 to the present, including a significant tenure at Infineon Technologies since February 2008. At Infineon, Jonathon has held multiple roles, starting as an operator and progressing to cell lead operator, where responsibilities included quality improvement and documentation training. As a production supervisor, Jonathon oversees safety, employee management, and operational performance. Previously, Jonathon served as a project manager at Telephony Plus, managing implementation of fiber and VoIP services, and worked in quality control at Abbott, ensuring compliance with production standards. Jonathon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Project Management certificate from the University of Redlands.
