Director, Customer Complaint Management

Josh Ford is currently the Director of Customer Quality Services and Complaint Management teams for the Americas region at Infineon Technologies. A strategic leader with a robust background in device engineering, engineering management, and quality management, they hold a BS in Applied Physics, as well as an MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering. Their expertise focuses on semiconductor materials and devices, particularly in the specialization of solar cells and functional thin films, cultivated through research roles at prestigious institutions including the University of California at Santa Cruz and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Josh has accumulated extensive experience in material growth, processing and characterization, and device fabrication and characterization throughout their career.
