Mochammad Rois has extensive experience in the electronics industry, having held several engineering roles across prominent companies. At Excelitas, from 2013 to November 2014, Mochammad served as a Wire Bond Process Engineer. Prior to that, from August 2010 to October 2013, Mochammad worked at Unisem as a Test Process Engineer within the Equipment Engineering Department. Most recently, Mochammad was with Infineon Technologies from April 2024 to May 2022, where roles included Senior Staff Engineer and Wire Bond Senior Process Engineer.
