Pascal Richter

Pascal Richter has over 16 years of experience at Infineon Technologies, currently serving as IT Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, with previous roles including IT HR Director for People Solutions and Senior IT HR Manager for People Solutions, among others. Prior to this, Pascal worked as an IT Consultant for R&D Solutions at Infineon Technologies AG on behalf of Prodeus Consulting GmbH & Co. KG and briefly as a Graduate Student at Airbus Helicopters, where a master thesis focused on optimizing workflow processes. Earlier experiences include a working student role at Airbus Helicopters and an internship at ARIANESPACE, with a focus on database implementation and numerical simulation projects. Pascal holds both M. Eng. and M. Sc. degrees in Production Engineering and Information Technology from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and EPF Engineering School, respectively.
