郑志荣

志荣 郑 is a Senior Staff Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where they have worked since 2012 after receiving R&D training in Germany. With over ten years of experience in IC assembly, they have progressed from equipment engineer to engineering manager, and now focus on new product integration and process improvement.志荣 holds a Master’s degree in Microelectronics and a Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, both with excellent distinctions. They are also an accomplished inventor with 26 patents and have published 19 papers, contributing significantly to the fields of process development and quality control. In their leisure time,志荣 enjoys running and reading, having completed a full marathon for seven consecutive years.
