Ray Wang, Ph.D., is currently the Director and Head of Production Management at Infineon Technologies, overseeing a global team responsible for power system integrated circuits. With extensive experience in program management, manufacturing strategy, and automotive quality management, Ray has successfully led various initiatives, including the technical ramp for Infineon's first CoolGaN IPS product. Prior to this role, Ray served as Quality Manager for Automotive Power and held multiple leadership positions in production management, beginning a career in research as a PostDoc Scientist. Ray earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Technische Universität München and has advanced degrees in Material Science from both Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and Université Montpellier 2.
