Runyu W. is an accomplished Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer at Infineon Technologies, having transitioned from Marvell Technology in 2025 following the acquisition of its automotive Ethernet business. With a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in Integrated Circuit Design and System from Tianjin University, Runyu has extensive experience in automotive Ethernet architecture, ASIC, and computer architecture. Previously, they held roles at Marvell Technology and 迈威迩, where they developed key block architecture and contributed to RTL design, post-silicon debugging, and frontend flow buildup. Runyu also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Michigan Integrated Circuit Lab in 2019.
