Simona Lorenti is currently a SiC epitaxy principal process engineer at Infineon Technologies, where they have been contributing since 2022. Prior to this role, they managed the STM FMT epitaxy department at STMicroelectronics from 2020 to 2022, and held various engineering positions in R&D related to photovoltaic integration, diffusion, and epitaxy. Simona completed their degree in Industrial Chemistry at Università di Catania, graduating with honors in 1997.
