Xiaowen

Xiaowen Ma is a public policy professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information and communications technology. They served as the Senior Public Policy Manager at Infineon Technologies from 2019 to 2022 and held leadership roles within the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, including National Vice Chair of the ICT Working Group and Chair of the Cybersecurity Sub-working Group in 2019. Xiaowen earned a Master's degree in European Studies from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Renmin University of China, complemented by an exchange program at Université Paris X Nanterre.
