Currently at Syngenta, Matthew leads a team focused on formulating innovative agrochemical solutions while ensuring sustainability and customer requirements are met. Previously, at Infineum, Matthew developed advanced Passenger Car Motor Oils and contributed to e-mobility solutions for major automotive manufacturers. Matthew has engaged in leadership development through military training and holds a first-class Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester.
