They began their career as a 3rd Line Engineer at First Option Technical Support Ltd, specializing in vendor support for various security technologies. Richard holds a degree in Philosophy from university and completed A-Levels in Economics, Psychology, Geography, and Biology at Coleraine Academical Institution.
