Infinikey Consulting is a boutique operating-model consultancy for mid-market construction, field service and care businesses across Australia.

When growth outpaces the structure behind it, execution slips before the numbers do. Delivery quality varies between teams. Leadership chases updates instead of making decisions. Reporting takes a week and the figures still get questioned. The business is busier than ever — and somehow margin is tighter.

That is rarely a strategy problem. It is an operating model that has not kept pace with how the business has grown.

We help leadership teams rebuild the discipline behind delivery through diagnosis, redesign, and practical implementation that holds in the field. Every engagement runs through the Infinikey Operating Method — a four-phase methodology built around the conviction that holding the change in place is a real phase of the work, not the residue of it.

What makes us different

Diagnostic-first. Every relationship begins with a structured 2–4 week Transformation Diagnostic. You get a 90-day plan whether we keep working together or not.

Sector-focused. We concentrate on three sectors where operational complexity is structural: construction and project-based services, trade and field service firms, and aged care, disability and allied health.

Senior-led. The person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it. No junior consultants billed at senior rates.

Built to hold. Every engagement carries a Hold phase. We stay through the months after delivery to protect the work from quiet erosion. Most firms call the engagement closed at handover. We do not.

Founded in 2019. Based in Parramatta, Sydney. Working with mid-market businesses (25–250 staff) across Australia.
