Jonathan Santos

Jonathan Santos has worked in the IT field since 2007. In that time, they have held various roles with several different companies. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Network Administrator and Internship Trainee at Infotec Consultoria e Planejamento LTDA. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Infrastructure Specialist at Lógica Tecnologia. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Technical Leader - Cloud Services at AGS Technology. There, they worked with Unified Communication and Cloud with a focus on Office 365, Windows Azure, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Team Leader - Cloud Services at MXM Sistemas, where they delivered Microsoft Cloud Computing strategy with a focus on Azure, Office 365, and EMS. Most recently, from 2018 to 2023, they have been a Consultant at UNIPARTNER IT Services, where they have consulted in the area of unified communications and Cloud with a focus on planning and architecture of Skype for Business, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure (Security and MDM) environments. Jonathan is currently an M365 Engineer at Infinitas Learning.

Jonathan Santos obtained a Graduação in Ciência da Computação from Universidade Gama Filho between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Senac Rio from 2007 to 2009, studying Information Technology.
