Alexandra L.

Alexandra L. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Alexandra started their career at Colgate-Palmolive in 2011 as an Assistant Manager, where they worked until 2012.

Alexandra then moved on to Stefanini Romania, where they held the position of Helpdesk Technician Spanish/English from 2012 to 2013. Alexandra was then promoted to Senior Trainer and worked in this role until 2016.

In 2016, Alexandra joined Tungsten Network as a Training and Development Manager. Alexandra held this position until 2019 when they transitioned to the role of Quality and Training Manager until 2021.

Currently, Alexandra is employed at Infinite Lambda, where they started in 2021. Alexandra initially held the position of Talent Development Lead before being promoted to Head of Talent in 2023.

Alexandra L. holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from New Bulgarian University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Social Assistance, International Affairs from the University of Bucharest. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alexandra has obtained several certifications including the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2018, the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operation in July 2016, and the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management in November 2013.
