Ladislav Lengyel

Ladislav Lengyel has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Ladislav is currently working as the Cloud Native Engineering Lead at Infinite Lambda since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Multitude as the Software Engineering Chapter Lead from 2021 to 2022. Ladislav also has experience at Ferratum Group, where they held roles as the Java Chapter Lead & Identity Technical Product Lead from 2017 to 2021, and as a Tech lead / Team lead from 2017 to 2020. Before that, Ladislav worked at GlassIG as a Senior Java Software Engineer from 2016 to 2017, at RSD as a Lead Java Developer from 2014 to 2016, at ANEXT, a.s. as a Senior Java Developer from 2013 to 2014, and at Siemens in various roles from 2005 to 2013, including Java Developer / Feature Coordinator, Java Developer / SCRUM master, Java back-end Developer / Technical project lead, Java front-end Developer / Coordinator, and Java front-end Developer. Ladislav started their career at DENAX a.s. as an IT Programmer from 2004 to 2005.

Ladislav Lengyel obtained a Master's degree in Automation Engineering (Measurement and Information Systems) from the Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, BTS. Ladislav completed this degree between the years 1999 and 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Ladislav has obtained several certifications. In December 2006, they became a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 5.0. Later, in June 2008, they achieved the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, Inc. In April 2012, they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Component Developer.

More recently, Ladislav has acquired a number of certifications through LinkedIn, such as Functional Programming with Streams in Java 9 in November 2019, Spring: Spring Cloud in November 2019, Cloud Architecture: Advanced Concepts in October 2019, and Introduction to Data Structures & Algorithms in Java in October 2019.
