Ngoc Anh Tran

Ngoc Anh Tran has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and engineering. Ngoc Anh began their career as a Business Intelligence Collaborator at AhaMove in February 2017 and later transitioned into the role of a Data Analyst from July 2017 to August 2018. Ngoc Anh then moved on to work as a Data Analyst at the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank from September 2018 to November 2018. In this position, they were responsible for project reporting, analysis, and deriving key business metrics. Ngoc Anh also provided ongoing support to evaluate RM productivity and improve RM quality. Afterward, Ngoc Anh joined Shopee as a Data Analyst in December 2018, where they built dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Data Studio. Ngoc Anh conducted in-depth analysis to provide actionable insights to support business strategies. Ngoc Anh also assisted the Business Development team and Category Manager in planning and strategizing. Following their tenure at Shopee, Ngoc Anh worked at ZaloPay as a Risk Analyst from January 2020 to July 2021. Ngoc Anh was responsible for reporting, analytics, and policy development related to risk assessment for promotion campaigns. Currently, they are an Analytics Engineer at Infinite Lambda, starting from August 2021.

Ngoc Anh Tran completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. Ngoc Anh became a Certified ThoughtSpot Cloud Architect and Certified ThoughtSpot Professional in January 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a dbt Developer Certification from dbt Labs in August 2022, and a Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification from Tableau in August 2022.
