Michael Boguski

Michael Boguski is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Board Member at Infinite Structures and Hidden Still Spirits, Michael also holds positions as an Advisory Board Member and Board Member on the Executive Committee for the Risk Management and Insurance Programs at Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, where significant contributions have been made since 2012. Previous roles include President of Specialty P&C at ProAssurance from May 2019 to June 2023, and President of Eastern Alliance Insurance Group until May 2019, where focus was placed on innovative workers' compensation solutions. Michael is a long-time member of YPO since 2004 and has earned degrees from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, including a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, as well as the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
