Grace Beddows

Grace Beddows has over seven years of experience in the field of human resources. Grace currently holds the position of Director of HR at InfiniteCFO since the beginning of 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Volo for five years, starting as an HR Administrator in June 2014 and progressing to roles such as HR Assistant, HR Advisor, and finally HR Manager. In their various roles at Volo, they were responsible for policy and procedure updates, recruitment coordination, advising on employee relations issues, managing projects, implementing systems, and handling HR communications. Before joining Volo, Grace worked as an HR Administrator at InterCall, where they gained experience in working for a US-owned company. Grace'skey achievements at InterCall included owning the pre-employment screening procedure.

Grace Beddows attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2010 to 2013, where they completed a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they returned to the University of Gloucestershire to pursue further education in CIPD (Level 7).
