Simon Smith

Simon Smith has extensive work experience in finance and executive roles. Simon founded and served as CEO of InfiniteCFO, where they developed finance and accounting solutions for growth companies. Simon also worked as a Board Director and CFO at Upp Technologies Ltd., leading the company through multiple rounds of funding and overseeing the sale of a business unit. Simon previously served as a Virtual CFO at C6 Intelligence, preparing the company for sale and managing the acquisition process. Simon also worked as a Consultant at Vtesse Networks, advising on the company's sale preparations. Simon's earlier experience includes serving as CFO and later as COO of Adeptra, a VC-backed SaaS business, where they played a key role in growing the company's annual revenue to over $50M and facilitating the sale of the company to FICO.

Simon Smith completed their MBA degree from Durham University in the year 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their FCCA qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1997.
