Alex A. has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2000. Alex began their career as a Network Technician for Microuniverse / Compurent. Alex then moved on to become a System Administrator for PipeLineMusic.com, followed by a Quality Assurance Tester for CarsDirect.com. In 2004, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Lead for 011 Communications. From 2006 to 2011, Alex worked as a Network Engineer for both Altay Corporation and 24x7 LLC. Alex also served as a Systems Engineer for ActiveITO\u00ae in 2011. From 2011 to present, they have been employed at Infinitely Virtual, where they have served as a Technology Manager, Information Security Officer, Member Board of Directors, Systems Engineer II, Information Security Officer, and Systems Engineer II.

Alex A. attended Beverly Hills High School from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their High School Diploma from Continental Academy. Alex then attended ORT Technical Institute from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Computer and Network Technology. Alex has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, University System of Maryland, University of Maryland University College, and University of Washington, ranging from Cloud Computing Security to Cybersecurity Fundamentals to VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2020.
