Wing-Sze Choi

Wing-Sze Choi is the current Director of Corporate Strategy at InfiniteWorld. Wing-Sze has also previously worked as a Project Manager at Horizons Ventures, and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate and Corporate Finance Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates.

Choi has over 10 years of experience in advising companies and private equity funds on merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase transactions in a broad range of industries. Wing-Sze has also been responsible for analyzing investment opportunities in early-stage digital media, consumer internet, and software companies.

Choi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Wing-Sze Choi earned a Master of Arts in Theirtory from Brown University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs also from Brown University, and a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School.
