Guy Gaines

Guy Gaines is an experienced professional in project management and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as the On Shore Substation Operations Manager at Hai Long Offshore Wind since September 2022, Guy plays a key role in the completion of the 1,044 MW On Shore Sub Station. As a co-founder of both Vox Planning, Inc. and infinitrac, Inc., established in 2009, Guy has contributed to project management, staffing, and installation services. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer and Project Manager at Solar Tower Systems, Deputy Project Manager for Warranty Program Recovery at Jubail Water & Power Company, and Manager of Project Controls at Calpine, among others. Guy's educational background includes training at the US Navy Nuclear Power School and studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
