Edward Chen, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Test Engineer at Infinitum since June 2021, where responsibilities include automating tests for variable frequency drives (VFD) using LabVIEW and TestStand, setting up hardware components, and designing a prototype pump test system. Previously, from October 2004 to June 2021, Edward held the positions of Senior R&D Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer at TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company, focusing on thermal stress analysis, system performance calculations for pump and IGBT systems, and extensive modeling and analysis of motor components. Edward holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
