Jay Powers is a Consulting CFO at Infinitum Electric and was previously the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Finance at P10 Holdings, Inc. Jay has over 15 years of experience in finance and has transformed Active Power into a financial service company by acquiring RCP Advisors, a leading private equity investment management firm. Jay divested the Active Power operations in November 2016 and changed the business to a holding company which brought in new investors. These measures were put into action to improve long-term shareholder value and to retain valuable tax deferred tax assets. The Company is OTC listed as PIOE. Jay's experience also extends to global manufacturing where they were the Vice President and Global Controller at Xerium Technologies, a spin-off of Invensys. There they were responsible for SEC reporting, internal management and board financial reporting/analysis, internal controls and external audit management.
