Leah Longden

Leah Longden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation and customer success management. Currently serving as the Implementation Manager at Infinitus Systems, Inc., Leah has established streamlined processes for managing pilots and implementations, developed training materials, and created systematic tools and templates that enhance efficiency. Previously, as the first Customer Success Manager at Infinitus, Leah focused on rapidly developing onboarding best practices for Enterprise customers. Leah's earlier experience includes roles at Let The Music Pay as Director of Special Projects and at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Technology Consultant, where Leah honed skills in technology consulting, project management, and customer feedback analysis. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Bioengineering concentration from Temple University.
