Nicholas Ray has a vast amount of experience in the IT field, starting from being an IT Support at BPS Teleperformance. Nicholas later worked their way up to becoming a Team Leader and eventually an IT Manager during the company's rebrand to TPUK. Following this, Nicholas joined Teleperformance UK as the Head of IT, where Nicholas was responsible for IT strategy, budgeting, client delivery, and team management. Currently, Nicholas is the VP Product & Support at Infinity Contact Centre Software (ICCS), where Nicholas plays a pivotal role in providing software solutions for various sectors worldwide. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from the University of Birmingham.
