Infinity Collective is a private investment house focused on transforming real estate and backing businesses that reshape sectors. Since its inception in 2005, the company has crafted a portfolio of distinctive properties, unique hospitality concepts, and forward-thinking ventures–actively managing each from conception to completion. Infinity’s debt and equity real estate portfolio is concentrated in urban areas and suburban core locations with proximity to 24/7 amenities, a diverse employment base, and mass-transit hubs. Current property holdings exceed $1 billion across approximately 60 individual projects, representing over 1.5 million square feet of retail, office, and hospitality space, and over 2,000 rental apartments. Infinity has also established a unique and award-winning track record, successfully completing over 35 redevelopment projects to architecturally significant, historic properties in five major U.S. cities. The company also oversees a portfolio of select venture investments in growth businesses across the real estate, hospitality, fitness, health & wellness, and consumer sectors. Since 2015, Infinity has pledged 1% of its annual revenues to environmental preservation and restoration as a member of 1% FOR THE PLANET.
