Ashleigh Beadle

Ashleigh Beadle currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Sourcepass since May 2022 and previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. With extensive experience in human resources, Ashleigh has also served as Managing Partner at River Rock Recruitment from 2021 to May 2023, and held various roles at Proxios from 2020 to May 2022, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. In addition, Ashleigh held the title of Vice President of Human Resources at a confidential company from 2019 to 2020 and was Human Resources Manager at Schimenti Construction Company from 2018 to 2019. Earlier career experiences include roles at ANC, Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Allegis Global Solutions, and Isis Talent Acquisition, showcasing a strong background in recruitment and human resources management. Ashleigh graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and a Business Minor in Management.
