Bruce Simms is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of operational experience in driving growth and profitability across various business environments, including start-ups and Fortune 1000 companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and SVP of Operational Excellence at Sourcepass, Inc. since February 2021, Bruce has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Director of Professional Services at Vonage and Executive Vice President at iCore Networks, where Bruce successfully launched the company and managed critical services for small to mid-sized enterprises. With a background in managing P&L, program management, and customer success, Bruce has also contributed to the Department of Health and Human Services and the US Air Force, further highlighting a diverse and impactful career in operational leadership. Bruce holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Prince George's Community College.
