Daman Wood

Daman Wood is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management and consulting. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Sourcepass since March 2023 and at Moruga Inc. since April 2021, Daman is also the owner of Wood Technical Consulting, established in December 2019. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Trax Group and MDSL, as well as leadership positions at Vonage Business and Telesphere. Daman's background includes board membership at the Arizona Technology Council and a contract role as CRO/SVP of Sales at Western WiMAX LLC. An alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering and Pre-Law, Daman also holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
