Matt Brown

Matthew Brown is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the information technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sourcepass, Inc. since March 2022, Matthew transitioned to this role following the acquisition of Network Solutions & Technology, Inc., where Matt co-founded and held the position of Managing Partner from 2001 to 2022. Additionally, Matthew has contributed as Vice President at both Network Solutions & Technology and NST Web Solutions, focusing on IT services and web presence development. Matthew began a career in IT as a Sales Engineer at Derive Technologies, providing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
