Victor Varga

Victor Varga currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sourcepass, overseeing all legal matters and functioning as a member of the executive leadership team since September 2022. Prior to Sourcepass, Varga held the position of Vice President, Legal at Vonage from September 2015 to August 2022, where global legal and operational matters related to revenue generation were managed. Varga's experience also includes serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at iCore Networks, Legal Counsel at DDC Public Affairs, and Attorney at the Law Offices of Thomas C. Hayden, Jr., P.A. Varga holds a Doctor of Law (JD) cum laude from UDC/David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from York University.
