Kevin Lepsoe

Kevin Lepsoe has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Kevin is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Infinity Exchange, a platform focused on institutional lending and rates trading in the Web3 and permissionless finance space. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Chinafy, a company that specializes in optimizing website performance in China. Kevin also founded and led Notey Ltd, a technology holding company based in Hong Kong, which gained recognition as one of the fastest-growing startups in the world. Additionally, Kevin has held positions at Morgan Stanley, where they served as the Head of Structuring and Financial Engineering, as well as at Barclays Capital and ING Barings, where they worked in structured credit, rates, and derivatives trading. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated their expertise in the financial industry and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Kevin Lepsoe attended The University of British Columbia from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Math and Finance. In 2010, they enrolled at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute and obtained a Clinical Hypnotherapist degree in Hypnotherapy/Hypnotherapist. Additionally, Kevin obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University in May 2021 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in June 2005.
