Leo Sharp

Leo Sharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management within the information technology sector. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Service Desk Escalation Engineer at Infinity Group UK since June 2021, Leo previously held the role of Information Technology Engineer at HARLEQUIN CDIS LIMITED from May 2019 to June 2021, focusing on service desk operations and field engineering. Prior to that, Leo was a Project Manager at Harlequin Group Ltd, overseeing a large team involved in the delivery of Openreach’s FTTC/P superfast broadband project from September 2012 to May 2019. Leo began their career as an Audio Visual Engineer at METRO BROADCAST LIMITED, providing services at Credit Suisse between September 2007 and July 2012.
