With over a decade of building experience, Infinity Homes & Development has become known as “The Neighborhood Builder.” Matt Toole, founder and owner of Infinity Homes, had a vision of building neighborhoods that offered unique designs for families looking for homes that could be tailored to their personal needs and be created within the family budget.

Since inception, Infinity Homes has had the privilege of making hundreds of family’s dreams come true. More than building homes, Infinity Homes is committed to enriching lives. As the 2018 and 2019 Builder of the Louisville St. Jude Dream Home, Infinity Homes isn’t just about building houses it’s about creating home and a better place to call home.

Building in a wide variety of price ranges Infinity Homes works with young professionals, growing families, and active adults while building in some of the more desirable neighborhoods in Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky.

Homes that honor the past yet represent the future continue to be the core of Infinity Homes design and build. No matter the location, tree-lined streets, careful and thoughtful home placement, and meticulous architecture are taken into consideration to reflect a community’s local character and set it apart from other neighborhoods.

A home is no longer measured by size … flex spaces, gourmet kitchens, an open concept, a garage that provides storage, and front porches that allow for a gracious living are just a few of the design ideas used at Infinity Homes. Home space is a significant consideration, and wasteful square footage is not allowed. From exterior to interior the Infinity Homes mission is to turn the home of your dreams into reality.

No matter what collection you choose, the Infinity Homes Team will help to make sure that your home is right for you, and that your experience is hassle-free. Our commitment as we welcome each new homeowner into the Infinity Homes family is our promise to do our best work
