Om Narayan Rai

Om Narayan Rai is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several roles in diverse organizations. Currently in transition, Om served as General Manager of Human Resources at Infopro Learning, Inc., focusing on HR transformation. Previous roles include Chief Mentor & Consultant at HR Sutra, Co-Founder at CampusOxide Solutions, and various HR leadership positions at Easypolicy Insurance Web Aggregators Pvt. Ltd., Compass Group, Wipro, Aon Hewitt, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, and EXL Service. Om holds a Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Banaras Hindu University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Banaras Hindu University.
