Sandeep Gudimetla

Sandeep Gudimetla is the Head of Corporate Development at Infinity Learn. Prior to joining Infinity Learn, Sandeep worked as a Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at OYO. During their time at OYO, Sandeep was responsible for leading and coordinating the acquisition of a hotel in Las Vegas as well as working on the acquisition of student housing assets of one of the largest private universities in India.

In addition to their work in M&A, Sandeep also has experience in fundraising and investor relations. While working at OYO, Sandeep was based in Dubai and was responsible for creating regular investor presentations and coordinating communication between management and proposed investors.

Sandeep has a proven track record in leading and executing complex transactions and is an expert in financial modeling and market research. Their experience in both M&A and investor relations makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
