Brittany Lawhead

Brittany Lawhead has extensive work experience in the field of education. Brittany started their career at Johnston County Public Schools in 2010 as a High School Mathematics Teacher and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Mathematics Specialist. Then, they served as the Director of Project Based Learning and Digital Platforms for a year. In 2018, they returned to their role as a High School Mathematics Teacher for one year. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an MTSS/Advanced Learning Coach. Currently, they are employed as a Business Process Analyst at Infinity Software Development, Inc.

Brittany Lawhead obtained a Master of Education - MEd in Educational/Instructional Technology from East Carolina University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2006 to 2010. Brittany also holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2020.
