Mychi Giang

Mychi Giang began their work experience in 2016 as a Brand Representative at Hollister, where they worked until December 2019. In December 2019, they transitioned to a role as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infinity Software. In March 2021, they were promoted to Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, where they led a team of QA Analysts and oversaw the implementation of Quality Assurance processes. Mychi then became a Business Analyst in February 2023 at Infinity Software, where they identified customer and business requirements and assisted with project plans for development and testing.

Mychi Giang pursued a degree in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Computation from the University of California, Davis. This educational journey spanned from 2018 to 2020.
